VINCI Energies has finalized the acquisition of EnergoBit Group: EnergoBit, EnergoBit Control Systems and ELM Electromontaj Cluj, marking a major step in the Group’s strategic expansion in Romania. The transaction, initially announced during the summer, was formally concluded following approval by the relevant regulatory authorities, with an official closing ceremony attended by EnergoBit founders Pál PÉTER, Ștefan GADOLA, and Ioan SOCEA, together with Eric DEVIGNE, Managing Director of VINCI Energies Central & Eastern Europe.

EnergoBit employs 900 specialists across Romania, including 270 engineers, who will now join the 1,500 employees already part of the VINCI Energies network in the country. They will join the five companies that are already part of the Group, Frigotehnica, Spoting, STIZO Industrial Services, STIZO Nuclear, TIAB, expanding our expertise in delivering services that have been trusted for over 75 years.
