Tell us a bit about yourself and your role at Actemium.

My name is Timea HARSAN, and I’m an HR Responsible at Actemium Electric Targu Mures. My role covers a wide range of activities – from recruiting the right people for key positions to getting involved in events and competitions designed to attract young talents to our team.
I work closely with local institutions, schools, and non-governmental organization to increase brand visibility. I also organize sports and charity events, making sure they are enjoyable and help strengthen team spirit.

What are the moments that make you feel truly proud of your work at Actemium?

I feel genuinely proud when I successfully fulfill my responsibilities while also engaging my colleagues in activities that bring the team closer together. Every moment in which my efforts lead to positive outcomes, and I see the team becoming more united and motivated, gives me a deep sense of pride and fulfillment in what we accomplish together.

How would you describe your experience working at Actemium, and what does it mean to you?

Working at Actemium Electric Targu Mures is a complex experience. My role brings new challenges every day, along with continuous opportunities for learning and growth. Overcoming those challenges and contributing to the team’s success is what makes my work meaningful and rewarding.
